Does lifting weights really help? I woke up one morning and had baggy - I mean really really baggy - arms. I swear it happened overnight. One day they were fine, the next they were huge and out of control. Nothing I do seems to work. I've tried eating chocolates, I've tried making cinnamon rolls, I've tried hot soaky relaxing tubs, and typing on a computer all day - none of those seem to be doing anything to get rid of them. Maybe something uniquely different like, duh, working out might help? Whomever is in that picture (is it you???) looks fantastic, by the way!
