Before and After

I had ten miles planned for Saturday's run.
Then I played in the student/ faculty basketball game... And tweaked it.
Ran anyway.
Cause I'm like that.

But hey, I did ice it

This should make you feel better- Kyla ran TOU on an ankle just like that- tape it and take advil- you will be FINE for 10:)...I am heartless I know! That's why you love me!

You have the same philosophy as me. If you are injured or sick, still run-it will speed up your heart and the process to fight the illness.:)
